Attendees for the 2010 Spring Book Show may use this easy form to register.

We will collect no payment at this time. Simply send us your information and we will contact you to make payment. Pre-registration (which ends on March 19, 2010) is $50, and $40 for each additional person. Registration at the show is $60, and $50 for each additional person.
