SBS Pot O' Gold Prizes Awarded Sunday
Sunday events at the
Spring Book Show included the announcement of the Pot O’ Gold Winners of
various prizes from books donated by Bargain Books Wholesale, Globe
Pequot Press, SAS Discount Christian Books and Wordsworth Classics, to
an assortment of calendars from Bullseye Calendars, to free GABBS hotel
nights, Book Expo registrations, SIBA memberships and Anvil advertising
and free press release. One Library winner of a skid of Wordsworth
Classics was literally speechless when his name was called. Read on for

Bargain Books Wholesale – 100 Assorted Christian Fiction Titles went to Van Waardenberg, Crossroads Books, Watsonville, CA

SAS Discount Christian Books gave a skid assortment of books (Retail $7400) to Best Bargain Books, Florida.

Bullseye Calendars – 160 Calendar Assortment and display rack went to Jeff McCord of Bound to Be Read, Atlanta, GA.

Globe Pequot Press – 200 Assorted Titles of winners choosing was awarded to Bill Jones of EC Books, Marietta, GA.

Wordsworth Classics – Entered two assorted skids which went to Sharon Corlin of Books & More Southfield, MI. and a speechless Richard Sanders at the Hart County Library from Hartwell, GA, who was very appreciative of the prize.

Book Expo America – Free pre-registration to Show to five happy winners: Karen Lacy of A Novel Experience in Zebulon, GA.; Roberto Carney of EDCA Publishing & Dist. Corp., Quezon City, Philippines; Kevin Dyer of Dyer Books; Adele Silver of Books and More out of Southfield, MI. and Suzanne Babb of Silver Ink Books, DeQueen, AR.
